What is your favourite meal of the day?
Not a question I am asked about a lot but something I love to talk about at any given moment…
BRUNCH.
I could eat brunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner if that were possible.
One of the best things about living in London is the opportunity to visit different spots to dine, I must admit that I have been very tight on where and when I brunch due to living on student budget. (I am a lover of cooking meals – brunches are a speciality). But a few places I have checked out and loved are:
Dishoom, Shoreditch – try their sausage naan roll
Franze and Evans, Shoreditch – try their scrambled Tuscan eggs and smoked salmon
Bills Islington – try their Bills granola and yoghurt with fruit skewers
Albion Café, Shoreditch – try their Albion granola, yoghurt and poached fruit
I recently went to Sky Gardens in Bank for my 22nd birthday and ate at the Darwin Brasserie, the views were impeccable and I got to eat some very, very, very good food!
The staff were very friendly and so sweet – they sang happy birthday to me and bought me a little peach ice cream birthday plate.
